1️⃣ You have attempted to verify X/Twitter too frequently and you've been rate limited by X/Twitter. Kindly wait for about 15 minutes, refresh the page and try again. Do remember not to keep clicking verify too many times at a time, or you will be rate limited again and again. Unbinding your social media and reconnecting do not refresh the limits.

2️⃣ Each user sometimes might have multiple X/Twitter and Discord accounts, hence always check that you have used the correct X/Twitter or Discord account that is linked to your QuestN account to do the tasks. Unbinding your social media and reconnecting do not refresh the limits.
